Released in 2018, Down Here, Vol.1 was a South-East Queensland & NSW Northern Rivers experimental compilation featuring exclusive recordings from 22 different artists/projects spread across a deluxe, 2xC-69 double-cassette package.

It was a sought-after & important document that exposed many to the incredible, often-obscured artists living in the region at the time and still is one of the few compilations which features these artists & scope.

Essential Minerals would like to invite you to contribute to Vol.2 with the following stipulations:

[1] One audio document, under 15 minutes in length.
[2] The document must have been produced within the last year [2022 onward], unreleased and exclusively only for this compilation.
[3] Received by November 12th, 2023 [midnight].
